By analysing typical demand, peak usage capacity and delivery frequency, BFC implements a two-bin system for each part. Barcode scanning technology captures real-time demand – automatically triggering replenishment, generating item-specific delivery documentation and consolidated invoicing for simplified billing.

 

How it works (scan → signal → replenish)

Developed by our dedicated IT team and powered by WINMAN ERP software, WIN-ACE is easy to roll out and designed around your usage patterns.

  1. We review typical demand, peak usage and delivery frequency.
  2. We set up two bins per part: an active pick bin + supporting stock.
  3. Your team picks from the active bin as normal.
  4. When the active bin is empty, the barcode scan transmits demand.
  5. Replenishment is triggered and documentation can be generated to support delivery and/or consolidated invoicing.
