How it works (scan → signal → replenish)
Developed by our dedicated IT team and powered by WINMAN ERP software, WIN-ACE is easy to roll out and designed around your usage patterns.
- We review typical demand, peak usage and delivery frequency.
- We set up two bins per part: an active pick bin + supporting stock.
- Your team picks from the active bin as normal.
- When the active bin is empty, the barcode scan transmits demand.
- Replenishment is triggered and documentation can be generated to support delivery and/or consolidated invoicing.
