BFC dates back to 1974 when the company was formed to supply fastenings to the manufacturing sector.

• 1974 Bucks Fasteners established
• 2004 BF Component Solutions Ltd was formed
• 2013 BF Component Solutions is part of the Tibbetts Group
• 2015 BFC was formed within the Tibbetts Group.
• Over 5000 m2 of warehouse capacity
