iClick: one‑touch reorder for Point of Use stock
iClick keeps Point of Use stock management simple and dependable: press to check status, press and hold to reorder. It helps prevent stock-outs, reduces walk and wait time, and removes the need for routine scanning or manual checks. Portable and easy to deploy on bins, shelves or pallets, it connects via BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) to an iSite gateway (up to ~80m) so you can scale replenishment signals across your site fast.
How it works (LED status + hold‑to‑order)
Press once to see stock status on the LED ring, then press-and-hold to send a BLE reorder signal via the iSite gateway to trigger replenishment, and press-and-hold again after refilling to confirm it’s been restocked.
- Press once to check stock status via LEDs. Blue: no action required. Flashing amber: stock is below the predetermined level
- To place an order: press and hold until the lights flash amber three times.
- After replenishment: press and hold again – the LED turns red briefly to confirm restocked.
- The button communicates using BLE to an iSite BLE Gateway (up to ~80m range).
