iVendScale is a smart, scale‑based vending cabinet that authenticates users, records what items they take, and automatically triggers replenishment when stock drops below set levels.

1. User identifies themselves using card scan or PIN.
2. (Optional) User enters a job/works number on the touchscreen for charge capture/budget control.
3. User takes one or multiple items (multi‑item vend).
4. The cabinet’s weight sensors detect changes and record the transaction.
5. Usage data supports accountability and compliance reporting in Sourcerer.
6. When stock reaches replenishment levels, the system can automatically reorder from the appropriate supplier.
