iBinScale: no‑touch reordering and weight sensing at Point of Use

A battery‑powered weight sensor, iBinScale continuously monitors on‑hand stock in your bins at Point of Use, so you always have a clear view of what’s available without routine counting. When stock levels fall below the thresholds you’ve set, it triggers replenishment automatically – helping reduce costs due to stock-outs, cut manual checks, and keep teams focused on the job rather than chasing parts.

How it works (weigh → threshold → reorder)

iBinScale measures the weight of stock in a bin, sends that data via BLE to an iSite gateway and Sourcerer, and triggers an automatic replenishment order when the weight drops below your set threshold.

1. iBinScale is attached to a bin/tote and measures stock by weight.
2. The device communicates via BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) to a cyber-secure iSite gateway (up to ~80m on-site range).
3. The gateway connects to Sourcerer cloud software for inventory visibility and replenishment workflows.
4. When weight drops below set thresholds, the system triggers replenishment according to your rules.
5. You get ongoing visibility and KPI reporting on fulfilment and stock-outs.
