Jon Bramham appointed Group Commercial Director at The Tibbetts Group
The Tibbetts Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Bramham as its new Group Commercial Director, in a strategic leadership transition which marks an exciting new chapter in the Group’s commercial strategy and growth journey.
Since joining the Group in October 2022, Jon has played a vital role in streamlining the business’ supply chains and driving commercial success. Prior to this new position, Jon led initiatives that strengthened the Group’s market position as Group Procurement & Engineering Director.
Stepping into the role of Group Commercial Director, effective 1 May 2025, Jon will be responsible for overseeing the company’s commercial operations, leading strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across our specialist sectors. He will play a crucial role in shaping the Group’s vision, fostering innovation, as well as further strengthening customer and supplier relationships.
Speaking on the appointment, Jon reflected on his successful journey at The Tibbetts Group and highlighted his excitement at the opportunities ahead:
“I’m very proud and excited to become Group Commercial Director. The Tibbetts Group has so much potential, and I’m looking forward to being a part of that journey to achieve our long-term commercial strategy.
“I joined the Group two and a half years ago as Group Procurement Director, and we’ve massively evolved the procurement department over that period. We’re closer than ever with our suppliers, giving them a clear vision and strategy, and have streamlined our processes. I couldn’t do it without the wonderful support of my team.
“I can’t wait to get going; I’m looking forward to working with all of the sales team members, helping them to reach our business goals, but not only that, their own personal goals and how they want to develop their careers.”
Jonathan Tibbetts, Group Managing Director, also expressed his delight about the appointment and welcomed Jon in his new role:
“Our plan 12 months ago was to establish a modern, flexible and relevant board to drive our diversified business in all sectors that Tibbetts operate in today.
“I believe that adding a Group Commercial Director to the board was the obvious option and I am delighted that Jon has accepted the new position from May 1st.
