Life insurance is available to every BFC employee to support their loved ones should the unthinkable happen.

Through a salary sacrifice, employees can save on the costs by “renting” a bike and/or accessories over a 12-month period, after which is the option to buy the equipment at a low cost, or re-start the scheme with new kit.

Loyalty within BFC is rewarded through long service awards. For every five years worked at BFC, a temporary additional day’s holiday is awarded for the following year.

For every successful employee referral, a £500 taxable gift is offered.
